Any hockey, football and tennis player who has the nationality of Afghanistan and wishes to come to this club can be accepted in this club as a member, after, that two old members certify on his application about his abelity in one of the above games. 2. One who once comes to this club, would not be allowed to go to any other club, and also he has no right to use the colour and badge of the club in any othey place, but can use them in the matches and the meetings of this club. 3. The period of practice would be announced to all the members at times according to the condition of seasons. 4. The captains and secretaries would be selected for the period of two years by the member of the club. 5. Duties of players and Captains and Secretaries:- a. To attend the practice without fail. b. To play the game for the game. c. To obey his captain secretary and other officials. d. Not to spoil the sports materials intentionally. e. To practice and to play the matches very faithfully. f. It is th duty of the captains and secretaries to obey the rules and regulations of the Internatioal Federations and to state the same to their players. g. It is the duty of the captains and secretaries to observe the rights of their players. h. It is the duty of the captains and secretaries to put their players in practice and not leave them idle any time. i. it is the duty of the General Secretary to give conferences to all the members of the club, and let them know about all the annexes of the rules and regulations which they receive from their National Federations and Associations. j. The vote of captain and secretary will be equal to two votes given by two members of the club. 6) Purchasing goods from one af. to 20 afs. with a bill from the shop-keeper and approval of the General Secretary
