For more than 20 afs. a purchasing committee consisting of three persons is required. 7) Expenditure for teas in accordance with the restuarant bill, and signature of the team captain (until a special club for this purpose is organized) and approval of the General Secretary is considered as spent. 8) The secretary for each team is responsible to the general secre- tary as far as giving accounts are concerned. 9) The General Secretary will prepare a complete account of annual club expenditures and present it to a general meeting of the club and obtain a receipt for the funds spend. After that the bills of expenditures will be o.k'd by a committee of five who are selected by the administrative club president. 10) Supplies and materials will be kept by a store-keeper who is selected and appointed by the general secretary. The store keeper shall receive a monthly compensation of 55 afs. 11) At present the clerical work of the club will be done by a head clerk who will be selected by the general secretary and he shall receive a monthly sum of 60 afs, for his service. 12) A manager will be appointed for managing the sport field (the location of these fields will be determined later and other affairs, and will receive a monthly salary of 100 afs. 13) when the various teams of the club come into being a peon with a salary of 45 afs, a month shall be appointed for each team in the following manner : a) for football one person b) for hockey one person. c) for tennis two persons. In case other teams are organized the above proce dure shall be followed. 14) If money for expenditure is charged to the name of the secre- tary he must give an account at the end of each week.
