The above application was taken to HM The King by his HRH Sardar Mohd Naim Khan who at that time was the Minister of Education HM very Kindly recommended the application and also gave one Lak Afghanis ( 5000 Dollars ) for the expenses of this club.
As the recommendation has been taken Ministry of Education called for a meeting, and the meeting held under the presidentship of HRH Sardar Shah Mahmud Khan Ghazi in the Military Club, Kabul. Other members of the meeting were as follows :-
1. HE Ali Mohd Khan, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
2. HRH Sardar Mohd Daud Khan.
3. HRH Sardar Mohd Naim Khan.
4. Naib Salar Mohd Anwar Khan.
5. Late Raise Urdu Ahmad Ali Khan.
6. General Secretary of National Olympic Federation of Afghanistan
7. President of Sports and Health Ministry of Education, Kabul.
The members of the meeting choosed the presidents for the club and they very kindly accepted to preside the club, and also promised to help the club in every possible way, but specially Min istry of Education promised at the spot to help by 8000 Af: (Dollers-400) yearly for the expenses.
