شنیده ام که چو محمود غزنوی شبی نشاط کرد وشبش جمله در سمور گذشت
و آن فقیر برهنه سر تنور بخفت تف تنور بران مستمند عور گذشت
صباح نعره برآورد و گفت ای محمود شب سمور گذشت و شب تنور گذشت
