در صفحهٔ اخیر اوراق فواصل نامهٔ امپراطوری درانی که از طرف نواب مظفر خان رکن الدوله والی ملتان ترتیب یافته و بکابل فرستاده شده ، چهار مهر پایان صفحه اثر خود موصوف وسه مهر حاشیهٔ طرف چپ صفحهٔ دوم اثر وکیل الدوله و وزیر اعظم و شهزاده سلیمان «تصویر قیصر» است که خواه بطریق تصویب و خواه بشکل یادگار مهر کرده اند
