۱) تپۀ خاك بلخ را ضبط نمودم ۱۰ از
دلگی اول ۲ نفر از دلگی دوم ۳۰ نفر
از دلگی سوم يكنفر شهید شده است از ارکان
بلوك دو نفر زخمی خفیف میباشند که از طرف
تولی پانسمانهایشان بعمل آمده است.
۲ - ۳ تفنگ پیاده ( متعلق شهدا ) بـه
نفرهای بی تفنگ قسم های تفنگ ماشیندار خفیف
داده شد . به وظیفه دوام دارم .
