غسل برای مختلف اشخاص بلحاظ سن
و طبیعت و مسکن (جای سکونت) بر
چهار قسم است :
(۱) غسل سرد .
(۲) غسل معتدل .
(۳) غسل نیم گرم .
(۴) غسل گرم .
(۱) غسل سرد :
برای شخص جوان تندرست غسل سرد
در هر موسم مفید است خصوصاً در موسم گرما
