رخصت بر سه قسم است :-
اول :- رخصت مقرری که از طرف دولت رخصت با تنخواه
مرحمت میشود .
دوم :- رخصت ضرورت یعنی انکه یک مامور بسبب کدام کار ضرور
شخصی خود از دولت استدعا نماید و رخصت
با تنخواه برای او مرحمت شود
سوم :- رخصتی مریضی و غیره .
