(۴) بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم لایحه تخفیف عبارات القاب ۱ - عبارات القاب عموم وزرا ومامو رین ملکی وصاحبمنصبان نظامی وار باب رتب ملکی افغانستان در جمیع مکاتیب به تخفیف نوشته میشود یعنی فقط تحریر حرف اول لقب اکتفا ورزیده میشود .
