( ٢٩ ) كتاب الوكاله ( ١ ) الوكالة تفويض احد امره لآخر واقامته مقامه ويقال لذلك الشخص موكل ولمن اقامه وكيل ولذلك الامر موكل به [ ٢ ] الرسالة هى تبليغ احد كلام الآخر من دون ان يكون له دخل فى التصرف لآخر ويقال للمبلغ رسول و لصاحب الكلام مرسل وللآخر مرسل اليه ∴
