۶۹ از آنست و مفهوم دو آیه کریمه مذکوره است خاصه قانون اسلامی مبرهن شده آنچه از اصول ترقیات انسانی بقرار قانون قویم قرآنی برای ترقیات (۳) معارج روحانی باقی مانده است وظیفه سوم انسانیت است احسان تام .
