۱۱۰ پیش از سنهٔ مذکوره افغانستان گاهی از ممالک ایران و گاهی از ممالک هندوستان شمرده می شد. بعد از وفات (نادرشاه) مشهور (احمدخان) که از امرای قبایل افغانیه و از روی طایفه صدوزائی ابدالی در اسنے بو اعلان استقلال نموده شهر (قندهار) را آباد، و پای تخت خود را در آن بنیاد نهاد. همهٔ قبایل، وعشایر افغانیه اورا بعنوان (احمد شاه بابا) به سلطنت قبول کرده بفتوحات و توسیع بلاد
