فرض، ووتر، و روزه فرض، و واجب
و نذور، و کفارات را از ثلث مال متروکۀ او
بطریق اسقاط برای فقرا و مساکین بدهند
و فدیه هر نماز، و فدیه روزه یکروزه، مقدار
صدقۀ فطر است. و هرگاه آن میت وصیت
نکرده باشد، و یا از میت چیزی مال متروکه
