۱ : — مقصد از دادن تذکرۀ نفوس برای اشخاص تبعۀ دولت
افغانستان در داخل و خارج افغانستان اینست که صفت
تابعیت شان معلوم باشد. مأمورین دولت با شخص
مذکور همراهی و تمامی زحماتی که در مسافرت بشخص مذکور
عائد شود. دور و زائل نمایند.
