۴۱ ضرر رسیده باشد بقسط اول سال آینده گرفته شود . (قسم سوم) که قدری ضرر رسیده باشد بقسط دوم سال مذکور گرفته شود (صورت دوم) در ایام و هنگام فصل خریف اگر ضرر رسید، دو قسم خواهد بود (قسم اول)
