بندۀ خدا اعلیحضرت المتوکل علی الله محمد ظاهرشاه پادشاه معارف پرور و ترقیخواه افغانستان که دراثر توجهات خاص ذات شهریار معظم ایشان تطورات محسوسی در کلیۀ امور مادی و معنوی کشور تبارز نموده است .
