If the expenses are less than 200 Afghanis (10) in one month then there is no need of taking the bill to the Ad: President. First of all 24 best football players of Kabul came to this club, and began their practices under the captainship of Sardar Moham mad Faruq Siraj. Asa result they began winning all the com-pititions of Afghanistan. For 5 years from 1941 to 1945 they had the championship of Afghanistan in their hand Some tennis players also came to this club and the club repaired the tennis lawn of Ministry of Education from their account and the players used that lawn for their pratice but after an year or so these players left this club and now this club has no tennis players. As written above about the vast programme of the club, only football remained in the name of this club, and a bulletin named Aryana which published by Ministry of Education and gives news of the world sports till now. In 1944 this club went out to India on tour on their own expenses and played many matches and won nearly 75/° of their matches which had been played in this tour the accounts for expenses was in the control of Abdul Rehman Jahangir and Yar Mohammad Faizi also did the work of vice captain in the tour.
