When they returned from London Ministry of Education determined to make a team from the students of faculties. Therefore many of the members of this club who were the students of Faculties went to their own team and made a team in the name of University. After the re-signation of Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Ghirzai and football players of faculties all other members held a meeting for the standness of this club, and at the same time Mia Faruq Shah, President of Sports and Health of Ministry of Education resigned from his official work and the seat of General Secretary also remained empty In the above meeting the members and other officials of this club appointed.
Sardar Mommad Faruq Khan Siraj as a vice president, Abdul Rahman Jahangir as a General Secretary and Abdul Ghani Assar as a captain of this club.
But as many of the best players went to the university team the club failed to succeed in the tournaments and other friendly matches, hence enlisted many new young players who were beginners and trained them.
Once again in 1950 succeeded in winning the championship matches and took the championship of Afghanistan. In 1951 the club recommended to find a cricket club under the authority of Mr. Mohammad Umar Tata and hope to begin the neacessary paractices in these days.
From the beginning of the club Ministry of Education helped with 8000 Afghanis (400) yearly upto 1949 and after that the Ministry stopped this allowance and the club is running only on the profit of 84 shares of 1000 Afghanis per share of bank which had been bought by the amount given by HM The King.
