Three months before the completion of an electoral period elections begin for the new electoral session: For this reason, the formation of the assembly takes place at the beginning of the new electoral period, that is, on the first of Sowr which corresponds to April 22nd.

The number of the members of this newly formed commitee, who are selected in equal numbers, will be at least 20. This selected committee considers the disputed case and forwards an opinion to the National Assembly. If the National Assembly disagrees with the findings of the selected committee, the matter is submitted to the King whose decision is final.
