The innumerable new buildings that enhance the splendour of the capital and other cities, the beautiful face of the country cultivated and adorned with immense gardens and playgrounds and the unbroken peace of the last four years enjoyed by so many tribes have made them forgetful of their acient animosities and relieved them from the apprehension of future danger.
