جناب میرزا محمد حسین خان مرحوم (قوم صافی) مستوفی الممالك و نائب سالار ملکی و نظامی در عصر سعادت عصر اعلیحضرت سراج الملة و الدین امیر حبیب الله خان شهید و آخرین شخصی که لقب استيفاء ممالك در افغانستان بختم عمر او اختتام یافت.
