بندۀ خدا اعلیحضرت المتوکل علی الله محمد ظاهر شاه پادشاه معارف پرور و ترقیخواه افغانستان که در اثر توجهات خاص ذات شهریار معظم ایشان تطورات محسوسی در کلیۀ امور مادی و معنوی کشور تبارز نموده است .
