سلطنت اول و ثانی ایشان زمامدار بزرگ استیفا ممالك در عصر شهریار مبرور که
بعضا بعنوان وزیر و اغلب بنام مستوفی عهدۀ مستوفی الممالك (یا وزیر مالیه) را بر ذمت خویش
داشت و در عهد اعلیحضرت شاه شجاع الملك از منشی های با کفایت آنعصر بود .
