شخصی اقرار کرد که عقد بيع بات صحيح شرعی ازمن صادر شده
و این اقرار بسندی نيز نوشته شد ؛ باز دعوی کرد که آنعقد
بيع وفا وياعقد باطل ويا فاسد بود : دعوايش شنيده نمی شود .
باين سبب كه هر کسی بشکستن چیزی که از طرف خود او اتمام
یافته بود . سعی بكند سعی او مردود است .
