٩١ ـــ هر گاه یک منصبدار مافوق در حق ماتحت خود بلا سبب
معقول امر ضرب بدهد، و یا آن امر ضرب را بالذات
بدست خود اجرا نماید (از دو ماه تا یکسال حبس)
و هر گاه ضرب ما دون برای مدافعهٔ مشروعه عن النفس
و یا مدافعهٔ مشروعه عن الغیر، و یا سد و جلوگیری فرار
و یا تسکین تاراج و یغما بعمل آید، ما فوق از جزا قطعاً
معاف است.
