مقدمه
مدیریت و سرکاتبیّت اوراق در حسن مصئونیت و محافظهٔ اوراق
موصوله و ترسیل آن بمرجعش موظف و مسئول است .
قاعده
(۱):- همه فرامین و مکاتیب و اوراقیکه به وزارت موصول
میشوند مرجع آن دائرهٔ اوراق همان
وزارت است .
