قاعدۀ ١٧٤ :— در هر علاقه يك مجلس علاقه موجود میباشد . مجلس علاقه در تحت ریاست علاقهدار از سه عضو دیگر که از معتبرین اهالی علاقه وقریهها باشند ، برای پنجسال از طرف اهالی قریه ها وقبایل انتخاب میشود .
انتخاب اعضای ( مجلس مشورۀ علاقه داری ) مطابق به فصل مخصوص انتخابات که در خاتمه است اجرا گردد .
