نظامنامهٔ سابق منسوخ وباطل شد !
جمله مدیرین و مأمورین گمرکها و تمامی تجار
دولت علیهٔ افغانسان را امر است که اندکی در پیروی
قواعد مسطوره ، غافل نباشند و عیناً بر طبق
آن ، اجرای امورشان را نمایند .
ادخال این نظامنامه را در جملهٔ نظامات دولت
اجرای احکام آن را اراده میکنیم .
