انشا یا تحریر که : عبارتست از چیز نوشتن
یا بعبارهٔ دیگر افکار خود را بزبان قلم آوردن
مکتوب باشد یا غیر آن دارای شرائط چندی
است . هرگاه رعایت آن نمائیم ؛ می شود
نوشته زیور صحت دریابد . و روح بیان در
کالبد عبارت دمد . زیرا طوری که زبان از
سخنهای شیرین و حرف زدن بانیشه و موقع ؛
