برخلاف صفاتِ لازمی صفاتِ عارضی اگرچه
در قرائت دائم باشند لازم حرف نمیباشند :

در حروف مستفله آواز پست و باریک می برآید
و مخرج بوقت تلفظ می افتد .
(٢)
در حروف مستعلیه آواز پر میباشد و هنگام
خواندن مخرج بالا میرود .
(٣)
حروف مطبقه زیاد تر پری آواز دارند در حروف
مستفله بعضی جاها باریکی بآدله نیامده
Roughly two thirds of characters agree with a modern printed edition of the same text. Much of the disagreement is editorial, not misreading. Treat the transcription as a finding aid and read the page image before quoting. How this was measured.
