«١» الهبة هي تمليك مال لآخر بلاعوض ويقال لفاعله واهب
ولذلك المال موهوب ولمن قبله موهوب له والاتهاب بمعنى
قبول الهبة ايضا ـ
«۲» الهدية هي المال الذى ارسل لاحد اكر اماله ـ
«۳» الصدقة هى المال الذي وهب لا جل الثواب
«٤» الاباحة هي عبارة عن اعطاء الرخصة والاذن لاحدبان يأكل
