اول اعداد مخرج و صورت را در ۱۲ که ذو اضعاف اقل ۲ و ۳ و ۴ و ۶ است ضرب کنید - بنابراین کسر مفروض = ۵۴ - ۴۰ / ۹ + ۱۰ = ۱۴/۱۹ لاكن طریق مذکور شاذ و نادر استعمال می شود *
