کابل بود که جملهٔ افغانستان بدو
مربوط گشته و بودش فخر چون (یدو)
شهر یدو که مرکز (ژاپونیا) بود
از بهر شرق مسطرهٔ خوش نما بود
سی سال پیش ازین بجهان نام هم نداشت
یکبارگی بجملهٔ عالم علم فراست
آن قادر حکیم علیم عظیم فرد
چون میکند ارادهٔ گرمی نه بینی سرد
اسباب بس عجیب فراهم بیاورد
تا بر درا برد بهوا گرمی آورد
