(باب سوم در بیان زکوة)
سوال :- زکوة چیست !
جواب :- زکوة فرض عین ! و رکن سوم اسلام است
و بعد از نماز بهتر عبادات است ! و سبب فرضیش
امر خداوند یست که: (و آتو الزکوة) فرموده است
و در شرع عبارت از تملیک کردن جزء
مال است بغیر عوض خالصا لوجه الله بدیگری.
س :- شروط فرضیت زکوة چند است !
ج :- شش است !
۱- عقل است ! پس بر دیوانه فرض نیست.
۲- بلوغ است ! پس بر دخترک فرض نیست.
