(1) :— وکیل التجاره در همه وقت حضرت خداوند تعالی
عزاسمه را حاضر و ناظر دیده ایفای وظایف
خود را بدون اغراض نفسی بکمال صداقت و دیانت
نموده با جمله تجار و اشخاصیکه رفت و آمد و معاملات
شان بدایره وکیل التجارت باشد بحسن سلوک
و انصاف گذاره و رفتار نماید، و با مامورین ماتحت خود
(وکیل التجاره)
