نظامنامۀ رخصتی مأمورین
رخصت بر سه قسم است:ـ
اوّل:ـ رخصت مقرری که از طرف دولت رخصت
با تنخواه مرحمت میشود .
دوم:ـ رخصت ضرورت یعنی انکه یک مامور بسبب کدام
کار ضرور شخصی خود از دولت رخصت استدعا
نماید رخصت با تنخواه بر او مرحمت نشود.
سوم:ـ رخصتی مریضی و غیره .

مادۀ (اوّل) رخصتی مقرری با تنخواه از قرار فی سال بیست روز
