{"book":"adl0986","page":2015,"text":"شماره ( هشتم ) سال دوم\nانجمن ادبی قندهار\n( ٩٥ )\n\nنوشتن لفظ ( زچه ) است كه كلمه فارسی عام فهم است و هر كس معنی آنرا میداند وتلفظ\nقلم هم میباشد فرهنگ جها نگیری می نویسد : « زچه ؛ عورت نوزائیده را گویند تاچهل روز »\nدر كمك كه كلمه سه حرفی است يدو كاف ويك ميم در بین هر دو بعضی كه ( ها ) زیاده\nنموده كهمك می نویسند هم غلط است. بلی اگر عوض ها واو زیاده بنویسند جا دارد\nچه موافق برسم الخط تر كی میگردد و واو علا مۀ ضمۀ کاف می شود و كمك هم اصلا كلمه\nتر كی است چنا نکه از غیاث اللغۀ ظاهر است بلکه این کلمه را باواو مجهول تلفظ میکنند.\n\n( انجمن ادبی پشتو در قندهار )\n\nبا کمال مسرت از مطالعۀ جراید وطنی خبر گرفتیم در ین روزها از طرف ادبا وفضلای ولایت\nقندهار موسسه بنام انجمن ادبی پشتو دایر وبغرض اصلاح وتدوین زبان وكتب لازمه این\nزبان با پرو گرام مشخص وبسیط اما نافع آغاز بکار كرده اند، انجمن ادبی کابل عجالتاً تهانی\nو بتریکات صمیمانۀ خودش را بکار کنان محترم این انجمن تقدیم كرده و از خداوند توفیقات\nکامله برایشان تمنا میکند تا بتوانند در راه اصلاح وعلمی ساختن این زبان كوهستانی\nافغانستان وبالآخره نزديك نمودن و آمیختن او را باز بان شهری افغانستان (فارسی) وآخرأ به\nتوحید زبان ملی افغانستان خدمات مفید وتاریخی انجام دهند. انجمن ادبی کابل بعلت ضیق\nوقت باین مختصر تهنیت کفایت كرده ونظریات مفصله علمی خود را ( در ین موضوع )\nبشمارهاي آيندۀ كابل شرح خواهد داد.
