In the chief town of each Governor's Province, whether Naib-ul-Hukumat, Hukumat-i-Ala or Hukumat-i-Kalan, an advisory Committee will be set up.\n\nArticle 72. Ministers are responsible to the National Assembly as regards the policy of the Government in general, and of the Ministry under their charge in particular. When a Minister is suspected of an offence connected with his official duties he will be tried at the Diwan-i-Ali (Supreme Court).
