Macdonelle (١) عبارت از قبیله ایست که در مجاورت کوه \"موجاوات\" یا \"منجوان\" می زیست و با قبیله \"گنداری\" متصل و همسایه بود. چون قبیله گنداری در گندها را می زیست و گند ها را منطقۀ بین کابل و پشاور را در بر میگیرد این هم دلیل دیگری است که واضح موقعیت \"منجوان\" را در منجان امروزی قرار میدهد و قبیله \"منجوات\" در اراضی مجاور شمال گندها را در لغمانات و بعضی حصه های نورستان زندگانی داشت .\n\"مور گنسترن\" G.
