{"book":"adl0958","page":149,"text":"توضیح : عبارات فوق که از بعض ماخذ بدست آورده شده است درمورد اسدالله خان مهمند قدری مختصر ومبهم است ،\nحقیقت موضوع اینکه سردار ارسلاخان مذکور بهمدستی فیض الله خان خلیل مهمندی به قتل اعلیحضرت تیمورشاه کمر بسته بود و آنگاه که فیض الله خان خلیل به کیفر کردار خود رسید اسدالله خان مشهور به ارسلا خان که به مرام خاطر خود موفق نگردید لابد از بیم تیمورشاه فرار کرده و میان قوم خود پناه برد و از انکه دانست که اعلیحضرت تیمورشاه جرم او را نبخشید نی است کوه گردی را اختیار نموده و اخیراً از تنگی معیشت طریق راه زنی را در پیش گرفته و از عابرین راه پشاور بصورت قطاع الطریق وجه معیشت حاصل مینمود . یعنی سردار ارسلا خان مهمند اصلاً شخص نامور و باوقاری بوده که به عمل سرقت و قطاع الطریقی عادتی نداشته و در اثر همدستی فیض الله خان خلیل مهمند که در معامله سوء قصد علیه اعلیحضرت تیمور شاه در پشاور شرکت داشت اعلیحضرت موصوف درباره او غضب شده و ارسلاخان تا این وقت از بیم جان که به آن عمل شنیع مرتکب شده بود حضور اعلیحضرت تیمورشاه بازیاب شده نتوانست و وسیله هم که باعث عفو جرائم او میشد نیز وجود نداشت تا اخیراً قاضی فیض الله خان رفته به حیله قسم و طوریکه در حاشیه قرآن مجید مهر کرده به او فرستاد و به مضمونی که حاشرم تا جزئی ضرر از طرف خلق و یا تیمورشاه بتو نرسد بعداً ارسلا خان و پشاور حاضر شده و به قاضی فیض الله خان خود را تسلیم نمود پس از آنکه هر دو تن وارد شهر پشاور شدند مدعیان او عرضا یض کنوناکون حضور اعلیحضرت تیمور شاه تقدیم کردند و این وقت اعلیحضرت تیمور شاه درباره اوامر قتل داد قاضی فیض الله خان از سوگند و عهدی که با او بسته بود با آنکه در حاشیه قرآن مجید مهر کرده بود درباره او جزئی معاونتی نکرد این بدعهدی بزرگ دران موقع به قاضی مذکور نسبت شد و اگرچه منشی\n«۱۰۸»","chars":1555,"image":"https://storage.googleapis.com/adl-page-images/adl0958/00149.jpg","first_page":1,"last_page":337,"title":"Timur Shah Durrani ï","permalink":"https://afghanpress.org/book/adl0958/149","canvas":"https://afghanpress.org/iiif/adl0958/canvas/149","source":"https://afghanistandl.nyu.edu/books/adl0958/","source_pdf":"https://afghanistandl.nyu.edu/pdf/adl0958_download.pdf","rights":{"image":{"statement":"Public domain.
