{"book":"adl0958","page":148,"text":"فصل (٢١)\nسرزنش سردار اسدالله خان\nقطاع الطريق مشهور به ارسلاخان\n\nاسدالله خان نام قوم مهمند که لقب سرداری نیز داشت شخصی بود که در عهد سلطنت احمد شاه غازی به صوبه داری سرهند مامور شده بود ولی در عصر اعلیحضرت تیمور شاه چون شخص نمک به حرام بود در دسته فیض الله خان خلیل در اوایل سلطنت تیمور شاهی شامل شده و پس از مقتول و مستاصل شدن دسته او شیوة قطاع الطریقی گرفته در موضع دکه واقع دهنه خیبر نشسته از اقوام افریدی و مهمند جمعی را با خود متفق و شريك اين معامله ساخته و در ممانعت عبور و مرور قوافل و سفر بریهای افواج شاهی همیشه می افزود .\nبا آنکه چندبار لشکر شاهی جهت بدست آوردن او مأمور شده بود ولی از صعوبت راه در آن جبال شامخه که اقامت گاه او بود ظفر نیافتند اخیراً اعلیحضرت تیمور شاه که در آن وقت نیز در پشاور اقامت داشت از سبب عدم بدست آوردن او در ظرف تقریباً ١٦ سال رنجیده خاطر شده کار گذاران پایه سرير سلطنت را عتاب و انتباه نمود که بدست نیاوردن يكنفر دزد با اسباب و لشكر سلطنتی درین مدت چه معنی دارد .\nقاضی فیض الله خان دولتشاهی از حیث تسكين نائره غضب شاه عارض شده و آوردن ارسلاخان را به عهده خویش گرفت ولی به وسائل ممکنه ارسلاخان را به مژده امان قتل و سرزنش در مرکز پشاور حاضر نمود .\nاعلیحضرت تیمورشاه نظر به شفاعت قاضی فیض الله خان از خون او ابتداء در گذشته و آخر الامر از روی کثرت عرائض مردم که از دست او تا چه اندازه زحمت دیده بودند امر قتلش صادر کرده و جسدش را به امر شاه به پای پیل تیز بسته بدور شهر گردانیدند .\n\n(۱۰۷)","chars":1324,"image":"https://storage.googleapis.com/adl-page-images/adl0958/00148.jpg","first_page":1,"last_page":337,"title":"Timur Shah Durrani ï","permalink":"https://afghanpress.org/book/adl0958/148","canvas":"https://afghanpress.org/iiif/adl0958/canvas/148","source":"https://afghanistandl.nyu.edu/books/adl0958/","source_pdf":"https://afghanistandl.nyu.edu/pdf/adl0958_download.pdf","rights":{"image":{"statement":"Public domain.
