NYU Libraries, Digital Library Technical Services, dlts@nyu.edu ائتلافنامه دائرۀ وزیر معارف عمومیه وصنایع نفیسه جمهورية فرانسه با حکومت شاهی افغانستان تعداد طبع (۱۰۰۰) مطبعة وزارت معارف - کابل [BLANK PAGE] ائتلافنامه دائره وزیر معارف عمومیه و صنایع نفیسه جمهوریت فرانس منظمه در پاریس ـ برای تشیید مناسبات علمیه و مکتبیه مابین جمهوریت فرانس و حکومت پادشاهی افغانستان بروجه ذیل اتخاذ مقررات شده است : ـ ماده اول : ـ طلبای افغانی که از طرف وزارت معارف عمومیه افغانستان حامل شهادتنامه تعلیم نهائی مکتب امانیه میباشند بلاامتحان بدارالفنونهاب فرانس قبول میشوند . ماده دوم : ـ طلبای مذکور مانند طلبائیکه حامل شهادتنامه باکالوره های فرانس هستند بعین اصول تعلیم تابع و در بابت گرفتن عین عنوانها و دیپلومها بامتحان قبول میشوند . ماده سوم : ـ معهذا طلبای مذکوره اگر دیپلومهای فرانسوی که ابراز آنها از نقطه نظر قوانین و نظامات مجبوری است حامل نمیباشند در بابت احراز کردن عنوانها و رتبه های دولت متن دوکتور طب دوکتور فارماسی و یا جراح دندان بامتحان قید و قبول شده میتوانند ولی عنوانهائیکه از طرف دارالفنونها داده میشود ادعا کرده میتوانند بشرط آنکه تحصیلی که متعلق باین عنوانهاست اتمام شود . ماده چهارم : ـ بر موجب شرط ماده گذشته از نقطه نظر مکتب مابین طلبای افغانی و طلبای فرانس فرق نخواهد شد . ماده پنجم : ـ اگر ما بین افغانستان و يك حکومت ثالث يك اختلاف واقع میشود ائتلافنامه مذکور قطعیاً تعدیل نخواهد شد . در پاریس امضاء و تحریر شده است وزیر معارف عمومیه و صنایع نفیسه جمهوریت فرانسه هرریو [BLANK PAGE] [BLANK PAGE] [BLANK PAGE]
